There is a big poster of the cover of Les Miserables in the waiting room at the Dalhousie Health Services clinic, and I'm just wondering what kind of message that is sending to patients?
Yes I am miserable sitting here in this hot room with a bunch of sick people. I am tired, overheated, ill, and I don't really like waiting. I am glad I have this poster to remind me how awful this is.
